AcuPoint Injection Therapy, also known as Biopuncture, is a procedural tool of Oriental Medicine that allows the practitioner to work with the physical, chemical and energetic aspects of healing. As of March 1, 2002 adjunctive therapies to include acupoint injection therapy of herbs, homeopathic and other nutritional supplements by means of hypodermic needles was added to the practice act for Acupuncture Physicians. Since that time the use of Acupuncture Injection therapy has greatly assisted in the promotion, maintenance, restoration and prevention of disease and imbalances of our patients.
Training and certification of this adjunctive therapy is approved by the State of Florida and provides for the safety and health of all patients. The use of herbs, homeopathic solutions and nutritional supplements allow us to treat patients with the same time tested remedies that we usually administer orally with the added benefit of by-passing the digestive enzyme and conjugation of internal organs that mitigate the efficacy of the healing agent.
Biopuncture has been very effective in assisting in the follow area:

All of the solutions used in our practices have been placed through extensive clinical trials with the results of no side effects. Proper utilization is always required but they are completely safe for patient care.
